The Nigerian Broadcasting
Commission (NBC) has banned Wande Coal’s controversial ‘Go low’ video on
grounds of nudity.
Before now, the same
video had come under severe attacks from fellow artiste, Kenny Saint Brown,
because of content which she described as immoral.
She said the video was
one of the reasons rape was on the increase in the country, and some of Wande
Coal's fans have blamed her for the ban.
After several complaints
over the semi-nude ladies featured in the video, 'Go Low' was officially banned
from local TV stations in Nigeria.
